Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic immune-mediated neurodegenerative disorder characterized by demyelination, axonal injury, and progressive neurological dysfunction. Emerging evidence identifies PI3K/Akt/mTOR and JAK/STAT pathways as interconnected regulators of neuroinflammation and immune dysregulation in MS.
