Natalia Bobok
Physician-scientist and founder of a Swiss longevity/skincare company; author of a 2026 review situating mTOR as an integrative signaling hub across the hallmarks of aging
Founder & Chief Scientific Officer, INSTYTUTUM AG, Zug, Switzerland
Natalia Bobok is a physician (MD, PhD) and longevity scientist who founded INSTYTUTUM AG, a Zug, Switzerland-based skincare and longevity company, in 2014, where she serves as Chief Scientific Officer. Before INSTYTUTUM she held senior scientific and executive roles across biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing and aesthetic medicine, including building the international skincare brand Hyalual.
In this Atlas she is the sole author of a 2026 review in Aging (Albany NY) that frames mTOR as a dynamic, context-dependent signaling hub linking nutrient sensing, proteostasis, autophagy and stress adaptation to the hallmarks of aging, and surveys how major geroprotective interventions partly converge on the pathway.

| 2026 | R | mTOR signaling in aging: from causality to geroprotective interventions and hallmark-level outcomes BOB2026 Sole author of a 2026 review arguing mTOR functions as an integrative signaling hub across the hallmarks of aging, with causal evidence for lifespan regulation strongest in model organisms and human data remaining associative. |
