Pierrick Bedouch
Clinical pharmacist who studies the prevention of adverse drug events and pharmacoepidemiology
Professor, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Université Grenoble Alpes · Hospital pharmacist, CHU Grenoble Alpes
Pierrick Bedouch is Professor at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Université Grenoble Alpes and a hospital pharmacist at Grenoble Alpes University Hospital. He is a member of the ThEMAS team in the TIMC laboratory (CNRS UMR 5525), and his research covers the prevention of adverse drug events, health IT and pharmacoepidemiology.
In the Atlas he is senior author of LANDOAS2026, a single-centre study of lung transplant recipients. Starting the mTOR inhibitor everolimus later, and stopping it more often, were both linked to a higher risk of chronic lung allograft dysfunction. Because the study is retrospective and observational, it shows an association, not cause and effect.
